Massage Therapy is Beneficial for Everyone
Whether you're looking for therapeutic treatment or just want to relax, massage therapy can help. Our massage therapist is an expert in both relaxation and therapeutic massages. These techniques will help to reduce stress, alleviate muscle tension, and diminish pain. We also offer basic manual lymphatic drainage that reduces fluid retention and promotes the healing of injuries.
Feel great by experiencing a relaxation massage. You'll notice an improvement in your mood, blood circulation, and a reduction in pain and muscle tension. The massage does not have to be light in pressure, as we can make adjustments according to your preferences.
Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to a relaxation massage, this is good for attending to any trouble spots on your body. Focused on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, connective tissue, and tendons, deep tissue massage will relieve pain and release chronic muscle tension while also helping you to relax.
A wonderful choice for prenatal care, this massage accommodates the particular issues of women during their pregnancies. This massage improves sleep, reduces back pain, and clears up many of the normal discomforts associated with pregnancy. We also offer postnatal massages.
Find relief from any conditions or problem areas you are suffering from with a therapeutic massage. It is great for easing pain and discomfort, and can aid people with most disabilities and conditions. A healthy mind and body facilitates swifter healing of the body, with or without any medications.
Myofascial Fire Cupping
Myofascial Fire Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy that uses fire to create negative pressure in the glass cup, and suction to lift tissue with the cup to relieve muscle tension and trigger points within the muscle tissue.
It’s a strong therapy that helps to increase blood flow/supply, increase fluid movement, and passively stretch tissue.
This is a great therapy to help break down excessive collagen cross linkages such as scar tissue and adhesions, plus it helps with poor blood circulation, increased edema and fluid retention in the body, and helps with multiple other conditions such as fibromyalgia, ITB syndrome, CTS, and sciatica etc.
Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Basic manual lymphatic draining helps reduce fluid retention and helps with the healing of injuries.
If you are coming in for a full session of stretching, we recommend that you arrive in clothes suitable for stretching, such as yoga or sweat pants and a comfortable top that allows you to move your arms freely. If you only want a portion of the session focused on stretching, we can drape you accordingly so only the body part we are stretching is visible. We pride ourselves on tight draping to keep you as covered and comfortable as possible.
If you don’t enjoy stretching at home, we can assist you with it during your session. Whether or not you want to spend only a portion, none, or all of the session stretching, it’s up to you. Our therapist can passively lengthen your muscles while you are on the massage table so you just have to relax and feel the stretch.
