We offer direct billing and submit claims so you don't have to.
Direct billing is an arrangement between a health insurance provider and a health care provider, where the health care provider submits claims for services directly to your health insurance company. This means that you do not have to put in a separate claim with your insurance company, and you only have to pay what is not covered under your health insurance.
Please check with your health insurance provider to ensure that your benefit plan covers massage therapy.
Some health insurance companies require you to submit a prescription for massage so please contact your insurance provider to be sure you don’t need one
We Direct Bill With:
• Medavie Blue Cross (For RCMP & Veterans)
• ASEBP (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan) Blue Cross
• Alberta Blue Cross
• Great West Life
• Sun Life Financial
• Chambers of Commerce
• Johnston Group
•First Canadian Group Benefits
•Desjardins (can do claim but client needs to pay upfront due to Desjardins policy)
•SSQ Financial Group
•Green Shield Canada
If your particular plan does not allow for direct deposit to the massage therapist, you will have to pay the cost upfront.
We can file the claim with your insurance company under your name, and they will deposit the money
directly into your account or you will receive a cheque by mail.
If we cannot file a claim with your insurance company we can still provide you with a receipt that can be submitted manually.
